Printing Tips

  1. Enable cooling fan soon after the first few layers for sharp detail and minimal stringing.
  2. Dry stored filament if you live in humid conditions — PLA is less hygroscopic than some materials, but long-term exposure to moisture can still affect print quality.
  3. Optimal layer heights: 0.1–0.3 mm, depending on your resolution needs. Use slower print speeds and good cooling for the best surfaces. 
  4. If filament appears brittle or prints show poor layer adhesion, gently dry at ~45–50 °C for 6–8 hours (depending on spool size) before reuse.
